i had been searching for a decent mixer for a long time. I knew a Kitchen Aid was the best choice but never expected to be able to afford one. I love baking bread but wasn't very successful most times and never knew why. I am using my new mixer to knead the dough and now can guarantee a fluffy loaf every time. the mixer is heavy duty, a solid machine. I don't worry about long term use. It looks great in my kitchen and really doesn't take up too much counter space. I love the possibility to add attachments to make pasta or grind meat. It washes very easy and the lift up option ensures mixing success. The handle on the bowl makes things alot easier when transferring stuff. I am so thankful that I got this mixer and that I got it at half of what the other Kitchen Aid's cost!

I bought this unit as many people did during a sale. It is a great unit but the attachments are very confusing because even though it sells as a 4.5quart mixer it uses the parts of the 5quart mixer. The best source I found for finding parts is the kitchenaid shopping site. It will tell you all parts that are compatible with any model. Select K4SSWH and then you can tell what parts to buy on Amazon.com. [...]

This company far exceeded their delivery time. I ordered this item very close to Christmas and they said I would receive it after Christmas. To my pleasant surprise, I received it 2 days before Christmas. Thank you so much for your quick turn around.
