Let me start off by saying that I have owned a queen size TempurPedic bed I bought several years ago after getting tired of having neck pain from a car accident. Yes, I spent a lot of money on it. But to me it was worth the expense if it helped. And I can honestly say it did; I still love that bed!
Having had to move recently for my job into a much smaller home, I needed a bed that wouldn't require so much room. While I loved my TempurPedic, there was no way I could afford to purchase another smaller one for several thousand, no matter how tempting. But the bed I was sleeping on in the new home was just a regular mattress from my Mom's house and it was driving me crazy!! My neck pain had reemerged and my stress levels due to lack of sleep increased. So I looked on amazon, read reviews, debated about buying a bed online for days, and then finally made the purchase after reading so many positive reviews for this bed. I figured it was worth a shot at the price.
The full size bed arrived in a large box, tightly rolled, nicely packaged, and vacuum sealed. It was easy to unwrap and drag into my bedroom. Some people may need help, but I managed just fine on my own. The bed immediately started to expand.
Having read remarks about the odor, I was a little concerned. Yes, there was a mild odor from the mattress but by no means was it anything that made me sick or uncomfortable. It was barely noticeable and did not bother me at all. I guess that's just a matter of opinion but chemical smells usually bother me. This, however, did not.
About 12 hours passed and when it was time for bed (yes, I was too impatient to wait a day to sleep on it) I put the sheets on and began my sleep journey. At first the bed felt harder to me than my TempurPedic mattress and not as comfortable. I admit, the first night of sleep on the bed was NOT what I expected and I began to regret my purchase. Thankfully, the second night was much, MUCH better and then I realized I hadn't let the bed properly expand. Every night since has been a pleasure and my neck pain is fading away again! (Just a side note: I still use my TempurPedic pillow with the bed. I believe a good pillow is important as well.)
Honestly, I really love the bed and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality memory foam mattress that won't cost thousands. It feels well made and solid and, for the price, you can't beat it! In my opinion, it's a perfect balance of comfort without being hot or too hard and too soft. Even if it only lasts 10 years or less, the price is outstanding for what you get. I've had it for about a month now and don't regret the purchase at all. Just give it at least a day to properly expand.
A lot of things like smell and comfort differ person to person, but I say trust the positive reviews for this one. There's a reason they're positive! Definite 5 stars!

Got this mattress for $400 with free 1-day shipping. I have never owned a memory foam mattress, and was very weary of ordering one of none recognized brand. I went for it, and can say that I am glad I did!
Some notes for others reading reviews about this item:
1) The 'chemical smell' is highly over exaggerated. Yes, there is a smell if you put your face in it, but it is very faint and you have to be looking for it.. Just laying on the bed there is no disgusting odor aerating.
2) The air out process completed within an hour, not 2 days.
3) The bed is NOT too firm. I'd say, in my opinion, that this is the perfect density foam. The foam hugs you, but you also do not sink into it and get that uncomfortable pressure, it's just the right firmness.
4) It will NOT take you a week to get used to this mattress.
Anyone having sleeping issues, waking up tired, or waking up several times during the night should definitely invest in this product as it will help you. With the return policy, and 20-year warranty, there is really nothing to worry about. I have for years had serious sleeping issues and most of them were eradicated from day one with this mattress, DON'T WAIT!

i got a question too for other people.
What kind of sheets do you guys use or do you use the bamboo covering.
my bamboo covering already got stains and i dont want my warrenty to go bad but my sheets i tryed dont make me sink into the memory foam
such a great mattress its firm and soft at same time.
at times the mattress is to firm for me ive got back problems and im only 19 and it hurts real bad but after laying down for a little it just feels better and better.
buttt every bed basically hurts my back ive tried.
overall worth every penny and then some the mattress defintly is worth over 700 dollars or then maybe over 1500 who knows
