This review will be very helpful to people with 200 x 200 vesa pattern on the back of their TV.
When I first pulled this mount out of its box, its weight surprised me. It is a solid mount. Then I got to checking the parts and noticed I was missing 1 of the short brackets that attach to the back of the TV. No problem, there were two longer ones that would do the job. So I started attaching the brackets to the back of the TV (LG 47LH90) per instructions and was having trouble getting the right length of screws and to get them to fit in the right spot. Thats when it hit me. The X shaped bracket that attaches to the sliding bar portion had more holes in it than were being used. I unscrewed the sliding bars and gear assembly from the X shaped bracket and put the X bracket on the back of the TV and Presto! , the holes in the X shaped bracket matched up with the holes in the TV. I checked the instructions and no where did it mention this modification possibility. So I put the flat side of the X bracket against the tv (the other side has ridges to fit the sliding bar assembly into) , screwed it in to place and continued on with the instructions from that point. This reduces the overall thickness of the mount by 1.75" by nixing the sliding bar assembly out. This will only work for tvs with equally distant mounting holes (square) on the back.
Now back to the Mount quality, the 1/4 inch drilled hole recommendation is to big. I had to go buy larger lags once I had drilled the holes because the supplied lags were too small in diameter and were stripping. Other than that, this is a great mount for the price and is rock solid. I can turn my 47" TV nearly perpendicular to the wall in either direction and the back of the tv is only 5" off the wall when the arms are fully retracted. It articulates in every possible way and this allows for easy watching from any spot in the room. This is the best possible mount for my LG TV. I would highly recommend this mount, especially for LG TV's

The Cheetah Professional Dual Wishbone Cantilever Arm Wall Mount is a nice solid product. The construction deserves a 5 Star rating; the assembly and trip to the hardware store gave it a 4 Star. It was challenging to assemble, but worth the time and effort. If your flat screen TV is flat on the back, and most of the newer models are, you will probably be making a trip to the Hardware Store to pick up some shorter screws to attach the mount to the back of your TV (you may be able to use the spacers that were provide, but I wouldn't). This mount has the quality of an expensive brand such as Omni, but you can buy it for less than half of the price. The mount handles the weight and size of my 46" Flat Screen TV like it was nothing. The movement and viewing angles are amazing (It extends outward, rotates side to side, tilts up and down, and swivels for leveling. You can't beat the quality, construction, and versatility in a mount for this price.

Well packaged, good instruction manual, included all parts (screws, spacers, washers, etc.) needed for any possible compatible TV (8 different sizes of bolts!). The paper template made installation a breeze (you do need two people for large TV's, though). Mount is PLENTY strong (it held my entire body weight from the TV side of the mount at full extension with no problem). With TV mounted, you can easily adjust forward tilt (probably better with two people - there are two bolts to hand adjust), rotational pivot (with one finger), left-right swivel (one handed), or extension (two hands). Cords are able to be hidden inside the arms of the mount.
In summary: I can't find a single flaw with this mount!
