I needed a chair for long stretches of work in front of a computer monitor (coding). I ordered this one after much deliberation for the following reasons:

1. Non-leather. I prefer a non-leather seat as I'm often using the chair in a warm environment.
2. Adjustable arm rests. Many other models either did not include arm rests, or included fixed-height arm rests.
3. Adjustable back rest angle, plus back rest can be locked in place.
4. Under $150

Impressions:

Assembly was straight-forward and took just a few minutes. You probably want someone to help you out when putting the back and bottom pieces together.

The back rest stays fixed once locked, and provides a firm back support. This is very important to me. I find it extremely uncomfortable when the back support 'gives' and does not stay firmly in place, as is the case with some other office chairs.

Chair feels durable, and there's no wiggle.

I ended up taking off the arm-rests, as I find myself sitting very close to the computer desk. Plus, the arm rests are a little too wide apart to my taste for coding posture. I like the idea of having the arm rests around in case I want to use the chair for non-computer use in the future.

As a side note, I bought a foot rest (Kingston Solemate. Does the job.) to maintain an ergonomic posture - otherwise I'd be sitting too low and stare up at the monitor, or too high such that my legs do not have enough support. Note that this has to do with the height of the desk and monitor I'm using, not with any function of the chair. You might be okay without a footrest.

To sum, I'm happy with the purchase. This is a durable and comfortable chair. You might find something comparable for a cheaper price, especially if you don't care about arm rests.
