I purchased this item as a gift for my daughter whose baby is due in January. The first time this item was delivered (via UPS), not only was the box heavily taped up (clearly indicating that this item had been previously opened and repackaged), but parts were missing, and the railing was dented. This was a real disappointment, ruining what should have been a very happy, memorable moment for the parents-to-be. Amazon was contacted and arrangements were made to return the item and for a replacement to be redelivered. The second crib arrived today (this time, via FedEx) and has already been assembled. While we could have lived without the drama and disappointment of the first delivery, we are pleased with the resolution. As for the quality of the product itself...it really is a beautiful crib that we feel will stand the test of time and we love the warm cherry color which will work nicely whether our little Peanut is a boy or a girl.

We were pleased with the quality of the product. It was very solid and and looks like the much higher priced cribs. No problems putting it together. There were a few marks from shipping, but they were not noticeable enought to go through the hassle of returning the pieces/product. Overall we were happy with the purchase.

My husband and I just put this together tonight. It was a breeze setting it up, assembly was so easy and directions were clear. Took about 45 minutes to set up. It is a beautiful crib, very well made, sturdy and beautiful black finish. Would buy again in a heartbeat. Thank you Delta!!
